DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 ml daily. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Can be dissolved in water. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 60 days of opening.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
