DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 pump daily - orally. Hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal. Use within 30 days of opening.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
Use by pregnant and breastfeeding women, and by people taking medication, only after consulting a doctor or specialist.

Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light at a temperature below 30 °C.
