Pumpage from Trained by JP is a premium pre-workout powder for athletes and serious gym-goers. Each 10g serving provides a blend of ingredients — including L-Citrulline, GlycerSize™ Glycerol, Betaine Anhydrous and Taurine — as part of your active training routine and a healthy lifestyle.

The formula also contains Peak O2, a blend of six adaptogenic mushrooms (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake and Lion's Mane), together with S7, a plant-based complex combining green coffee bean extract, green tea extract, turmeric, tart cherry, blueberry, broccoli and kale. Pink Himalayan Salt is also included in the formula.

Ingredients

L-Citrulline, Glycerol 65% Powder (as GlycerSize™), Betaine Anhydrous, Taurine, Peak O2 (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake, Lion's Mane), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Flavouring, Pink Himalayan Salt, Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Sweetener (Sucralose), S7 (Green Coffee Bean Extract, Green Tea Extract, Turmeric Extract, Tart Cherry, Blueberry, Broccoli, Kale), Colouring (E133).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1–2 scoops (10–20g) with 250–350ml cold water. Best consumed 20–30 minutes before your workout.
