Garden of Life Perfect Food Original is a comprehensive greens powder designed to complement your daily diet with a broad spectrum of whole food ingredients. Each 10 g serving brings together four carefully composed blends — a Green Juice Blend, a Whole Food Matrix, a Protein Mineral Blend and a Veggie Juice Blend — delivering the concentrated goodness of grasses, sprouted seeds, sea vegetables and a varied range of organic fruits and vegetables in a single convenient scoop.

The formula is further enriched with a Probiotic Blend providing 1 billion CFU per serving from ten different probiotic strains, including Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium longum. In addition to naturally occurring micronutrients, the product contains vitamin A (as beta-carotene) equivalent to 200% of the reference value and iron equivalent to 29% of the reference value, as part of a varied and balanced diet.

Usage & Dosage

Adults mix 1 level scoop (approx. 2 tablespoons / 10 g) into 8 oz (240 ml) of water or juice, 1 or more times per day. Start with 1/4 serving for the first few days and gradually increase to a full serving. Can be taken with or without food.
