Usage & Dosage

Adults: mix 1 level scoop (approx. 2 tablespoons / ~10 g) in 8 ounces (240 ml) of water or juice 1 (or more) times per day. Start with 1/4 serving for the first few days and gradually increase to a full serving. Can be taken with or without food. Not intended for children. Scoop included.
