Garden of Life Vitamin Code Women is a comprehensive multivitamin based on whole foods, designed specifically to support women's nutritional needs. Usage & Dosage

Adults take 4 capsules daily. Recommended to take 2 capsules twice daily. Can be taken with or without food. The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed into water or juice. Not intended for children.
