Garden of Life Vitamin Code Men is a whole food-based multivitamin designed for adult men. The formula comes in convenient vegetarian capsules and contains a broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals — including vitamin A, C, D3, E, K, a complete B-complex, and important trace minerals — cultured in Saccharomyces cerevisiae to deliver nutrients in a whole food matrix.

Each serving also provides CoQ10, lycopene from organic tomatoes, and a 560 mg RAW Organic Fruit and Vegetable Blend with 23 organically grown fruits and vegetables. The formula also contains a RAW Probiotic & Enzyme Blend, as specified in the ingredient list below.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 4 capsules daily. Best when taken as 2 capsules twice daily. Can be taken with or without food. The capsules can be opened and the contents mixed into water or juice. Not intended for children.
