Garden of Life Raw Enzymes Women is a digestive enzyme supplement, formulated with women's nutritional needs in mind. Each vegetarian capsule contains a broad-spectrum RAW Enzyme Blend of 544 mg, with protein-breaking, carbohydrate-breaking and fat-breaking enzymes.

In addition to the enzyme blend, each serving contains an Enzyme-Generating Probiotic Blend with Bacillus coagulans and Saccharomyces boulardii (500 million CFU at time of blending), nattokinase and superoxide dismutase, as well as Mineral Enzyme Activators from red algae and alfalfa in a sea-based ionic mineral blend. The formula is further complemented with a carefully selected range of vitamins and minerals, including vitamin D, vitamin B12, biotin, zinc and folate.

Raw Enzymes Women is encapsulated in vegetable cellulose capsules, making it suitable for vegetarians and those following a gluten-free lifestyle. Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times per day with a meal. You can gradually increase to up to 9 capsules per day. The contents can be mixed into your favourite juice or water. Not intended for children.
