Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw B-Complex provides a complete spectrum of eight B vitamins — B1, B2, B3, B6, folate, B12 (as methylcobalamin), biotin and pantothenic acid — each produced through a whole-food fermentation process with Saccharomyces cerevisiae . This RAW approach means the nutrients are presented in a naturally occurring food matrix, without high-heat processing, synthetic binders or artificial fillers.

The formula contains an EU-approved set of B vitamins.

As a complement to the B vitamin profile, each serving also contains a 360 mg RAW Organic Fruit & Vegetable Blend from 23 certified organic whole foods, together with a 60 mg RAW Probiotic & Enzyme Blend with digestive enzymes and live cultures.
