Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw K-Complex provides a complete whole food formula with vitamin K in a single daily vegan capsule. Each serving contains Vitamin K1 from a culture of Saccharomyces cerevisiae , together with two biologically active forms of Vitamin K2 — menaquinone-7 (MK-7) and menaquinone-4 (MK-4) — providing a broad K-complex that goes beyond ordinary single-source supplements. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

In keeping with the Vitamin Code RAW philosophy, this formula is enriched with cold-pressed, omega-rich flax seed oil, a RAW Fruit & Veggie Mineral Blend of 18 certified organic fruits and vegetables, and a Trace Mineral Blend containing RAW Spirulina and Cracked-Wall Chlorella.
