Garden of Life Mykind Men's Multi is a certified organic, whole-food-based multivitamin specially formulated for men. Made with a rich blend of over 30 organically grown fruits, vegetables and herbs, it provides a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals sourced entirely from real food — including beta-carotene, vitamin C, vitamin D3 from lichen and a complete B-complex with methylcobalamin (B12). Each nutrient is grown into, not just added to, the organic food blend, supporting a naturally complex nutrient matrix.

This formula uses Clean Tablet Technology™, a patent-pending process that uses only organic, plant-based binders and coatings — completely free from magnesium stearate, stearic acid, titanium dioxide, carnauba wax, talc and artificial ingredients. The result is a clean, gentle tablet that can be taken with or without food, making it easy to fit into everyday life.
