Garden of Life Dr. Formulated Probiotics Once Daily Prenatal provides 20 billion CFU of live probiotic cultures in a single easy-to-take vegetarian capsule, formulated with the needs of expecting and nursing mothers in mind. The blend brings together 16 probiotic strains — 11 Lactobacillus and 5 Bifidobacterium cultures.

Each capsule also contains an Organic Prebiotic Fiber Blend of 115 mg, combining Organic Potato Resistant Starch and Organic Acacia Fiber. The formula is free from artificial additives and is made without milk, soy, peanuts, tree nuts or shellfish.
