Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Magnesium with Pre & Probiotics Gummies combine magnesium citrate with a probiotic strain and prebiotic fiber in a flavourful gummy with peach flavor. Each gummy contains 100 mg magnesium, equivalent to 27% of the reference intake, with a flexible dosage of up to four gummies daily for adults and teenagers. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function and the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula also contains Bacillus subtilis DE111, a well-documented probiotic strain providing 250 million CFU per gummy, along with fructooligosaccharides (FOS) as prebiotic fiber. The combination makes these gummies a convenient multi-function dietary supplement for the whole family, including children from age 4 under adult supervision.

Usage & Dosage

Adults and teens: chew one to four gummies daily; start gradually. Children 4 to 12 years: chew one gummy daily under adult supervision.
