Garden of Life's Dr. Formulated Magnesium with Pre & Probiotics Gummies provide 100 mg of highly bioavailable Magnesium Citrate per gummy, in a delicious Orange Creme flavour. Usage & Dosage

Adults and teens: chew one to four gummies daily; start gradually. Children 4 to 12 years: chew one gummy daily under adult supervision.
