MPS Max from Trained by JP is a precisely formulated amino acid powder for intra-workout use. Each 22g serving provides a comprehensive Essential Amino Acid Blend together with a carefully selected combination of premium branded ingredients, making it a sophisticated addition to any serious training programme.
At the heart of MPS Max is a matrix of high-quality compounds, including Pepto Pro® (Hydrolysed Casein) and Hydrolysed Whey Protein, Peak O2® — a blend of performance mushrooms — and Velositol® (Amylopectin Chromium Complex), together with Astragin® and a mineral complex from marine algae (Aquamin MG and Aquamin F).
Available in a refreshing Peached Ice Tea flavour, MPS Max comes in a 440g tub providing 20 servings. It is designed to mix smoothly in cold water and is recommended for use during training or 20–30 minutes before training, fitting seamlessly into your existing supplement routine.

Essential Amino Acid Blend (L-Leucine, L-Isoleucine, L-Valine, L-Threonine, L-Phenylalanine, L-Lysine, L-Methionine, L-Histidine, L-Tryptophan), Pepto Pro® (Hydrolysed Casein) (Milk), Hydrolysed Whey Protein (Milk), Maltodextrin, Acid (Citric Acid), Marine Algae (Aquamin MG, Aquamin F), Peak O2® (Cordyceps, Reishi, King Trumpet, Shiitake and Lion's Mane), Velositol® (Amylopectin Chromium Complex), Flavouring, Trisodium Citrate, Sweetener (Sucralose), Beta Carotene (Colouring), Astragin (Astragalus membranaceus root and Panax notoginseng root).

Usage & Dosage
Mix 2 scoops (22g) with 350–450ml cold water in your shaker. MPS Max can be used at any time, but is specifically recommended during training. Drink 20–30 minutes before training for best results.
