About Enzymedica – Lacto – 30 capsules
Enzymedica Lacto is a broad-spectrum digestive enzyme formula. At its core is a high-potency Lactase (9500 ALU). Lactase improves the breakdown of lactose in people who have difficulty digesting lactose. The formula is complemented by a broad spectrum of additional enzymes — including Amylase, Protease, Lipase, Cellulase, Alpha-galactosidase, Glucoamylase, Maltase and Invertase.
Enzymedica's signature Thera-blend technology combines multiple enzyme strains, each active across a broader pH range than conventional single-strain enzymes.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule with every meal that contains dairy products. More capsules can be taken if needed.
