About Enzymedica – Lacto – 90 capsules
Enzymedica Lacto is a comprehensive digestive enzyme formula. Each capsule contains a broad blend of enzymes, with Lactase as the main ingredient, complemented by Amylase, Protease, Glucoamylase, Maltase, Lipase, Cellulase, Alpha-galactosidase and Invertase. Lactase improves the breakdown of lactose in people who have difficulty digesting lactose.
Formulated without egg, milk, gluten, soy, nuts, artificial colours or flavours, and encapsulated in a 100% vegetarian cellulose capsule, Lacto is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 90 capsules per pack, it provides a generous supply for daily use alongside meals containing milk.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule with every meal that contains dairy products. More capsules can be taken if needed.
