About Enzymedica – Digest – 30 capsules

Enzymedica Digest is a digestive enzyme supplement containing Digest Complete® Enzyme Blend — a combination of twelve different enzymes, including amylase, protease, lipase, cellulase, lactase and alpha-galactosidase, in every capsule.

Enzymedica's proprietary Thera-blend™ technology is part of this formula. Thera-blend enzymes are blended to remain active across a broader pH range than enzymes from a single source. This is used in Digest for daily use alongside meals.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule with each meal. More capsules can be taken if needed. For higher enzyme strength, Enzymedica's Digest Gold may be helpful.
