Ingredients

CarnoSyn® (Beta-Alanine), Creatine Monohydrate, L-Citrulline, citric acid, L-Arginine AKG, natural and artificial flavours, caffeine, sucralose, acesulfame K (Ace-K), beta carotene (colour), calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, olive leaf extract, malic acid, FD&C Blue #1.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) cold water and consume before training. Take 1–3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with a single scoop to assess your tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops within a 24-hour period.
