Ingredients:
Sunflower lecithin (Helianthus annuus; non-GMO), glazing agent: gelatin (beef; capsule); humectant: glycerin; purified water, sunflower oil (non-GMO). Contains no artificial colours, preservatives or sweeteners; free from dairy, starch, sugar, wheat, gluten, yeast, soy, corn, eggs, fish, shellfish, salt, nuts or GMOs.

Directions for use:
Take 1 soft capsule daily with a meal, with plenty of water, or as directed by a physician or healthcare practitioner.
