Usage & Dosage

Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of ice-cold water and mix together. Vary the amount of liquid according to your taste preference. Consume during or after exercise; daily consumption may vary depending on training frequency, duration and intensity. NaughtyBoy® Hydration can also be consumed on non-training days.
