Naughty Boy Hydration Ultra Energy is a calorie-rich, calorie-free, sugar-free electrolyte powder designed to support fluid balance and help you stay on top form. Each 8.5g serving contains a complete electrolyte matrix of over 2 400 mg, combining Potassium, Sodium, Magnesium, Calcium, Chloride and Selenium to replenish what the body loses through sweat during physical activity.
The formula contains 1 500 mg Taurine, 1 000 mg Creatine Monohydrate and the proprietary MitoReds® blend — a broad blend of fruits, berries and plant extracts including Beetroot, Pomegranate, Acai, Blueberry, Tart Cherry and more. It is naturally sweetened with Stevia and contains no added sugar, making it suitable for both training days and rest days.

Usage & Dosage
Take one scoop of NaughtyBoy® Hydration (8.5g) with 400ml of ice-cold water and mix together. Vary the amount of liquid according to your taste preference. Consume during or after exercise; daily consumption may vary depending on training frequency, duration and intensity. NaughtyBoy® Hydration can also be consumed on non-training days.
