About Naughty Boy – Energy, Pick N Mix – 390g
Naughty Boy Energy is a pre-workout powder in the Pick N Mix flavour, in a 390g tub with 30 servings of 13g each.
The formula contains 4000mg L-Citrulline and 3200mg Beta-Alanine together with 1000mg Taurine and 200mg Caffeine Anhydrous. VitaCholine® (Choline Bitartrate) and L-Tyrosine are also included.
BioPerine® Black Pepper Extract completes the formula, and the inclusion of vegan-fermented L-Citrulline and L-Tyrosine makes the product suitable for both vegan and vegetarian lifestyles. Simply mix one scoop with cold water and drink before training.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1 serving of 13g (1 level heaped scoop) with 200–250ml cold water and drink 15–20 minutes before training.
Warnings
Not suitable for children, pregnant women and individuals sensitive to caffeine. Do not exceed recommended dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet. Beta-alanine may cause a harmless tingling sensation that can last up to 2 hours. The colour Azorubine (E122) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
