DESCRIPTION:

Triphala is an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits:
– Amla (Emblica Officinalis)
– Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica)
– Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)

Amla (Indian gooseberry) – acts mainly on the lungs, stomach, liver and heart. Sour taste
In Ayurveda, Amla is associated with Pitta energy and the fire element. Amla is a rich
source of antioxidants, flavonoids, and carotenes. It is one of the richest sources of vitamin C.

Haritaki (Harada) – has six tastes, with bitter predominating, which is associated with
Vata energy and the air element. The fruits are a rich source of tannins, amino acids and fructose. It also contains
succinic acid and sitosterol.

Bibhitaki (Beheda) – is sweet, bitter, astringent and warming. It acts mainly
on the lungs, heart and liver. Contains 35% oils (including linoleic oil) and 45% protein

INGREDIENTS:

Triphala: Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) 100 g 

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Up to 3 g, during or after a meal. 

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

The food supplement must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

This product should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children, without medical consultation. Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients.

Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of reach of small children.
