L-Tyrosine provides 500 mg of free L-Tyrosine per capsule. L-Tyrosine is a naturally occurring amino acid found in many protein-rich foods.

Each pack contains 120 capsules, which lasts up to 120 days at the lowest recommended dose, or 40 days at the maximum dose of three capsules daily. The convenient capsule format makes it easy to include in any daily routine.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule 1 to 3 times daily, preferably between meals.
