NOW Foods Vitamin D-3 1,000 IU provides 25 µg of cholecalciferol — the body's preferred form of vitamin D — in a convenient, great-tasting chewable tablet. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

Each tablet is naturally flavoured with fruit punch, strawberry and raspberry, and sweetened with xylitol and sorbitol — making it a convenient and pleasant option for both adults and children from age 5 who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets whole. With 180 chewables per pack, a single pack lasts a full six months at the recommended dose of one tablet per day.

Made by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula is free from wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish and tree nuts, and is suitable for vegetarians.

Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (from lanolin) 25 µg (1,000 IU), xylitol, sorbitol, hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, natural fruit flavours (fruit punch, strawberry, raspberry), beetroot powder, stearic acid (vegetable source), ascorbyl palmitate, citric acid, silicon dioxide.

Usage & Dosage

For adults and children (from age 5): Chew 1 tablet daily with a meal.
