NOW Foods Vitamin D-3 & K-2 combines two essential fat-soluble nutrients in a single convenient vegetarian capsule. Each capsule contains 25 mcg (1,000 IU) Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol — the same form the body naturally produces via sunlight — together with 45 mcg Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-4 (MK-4). Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food.
