NOW Foods Vitamin D-3 Liquid provides 400 IU of cholecalciferol — the body's preferred form of vitamin D — per serving of 4 drops, suspended in pure MCT oil for optimal absorption. Ingredients

Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) (from lanolin).

Other Ingredients: MCT Oil (medium chain triglycerides). MCT oil from coconut/palm kernel oil.

Usage & Dosage

Shake well. Adults take 4 drops 1 to 5 times daily. Children (4 years and older) are given 4 drops once daily. Do not exceed recommended dose. Take directly or add to any drink. If the dropper tip comes into contact with lips or tissues of the mouth, wash and dry it thoroughly before returning it to the bottle and closing completely. Best taken with a fat-containing meal.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. Not intended for infants. Give to children under 4 years only as directed by a pediatrician. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not use if the seal is damaged or missing. Discard if the product changes colour, becomes cloudy and/or a precipitate forms on the surface of the liquid.
