NOW Foods Vitamin D-3 5000 IU provides 125 mcg of high-potency cholecalciferol — the same form of vitamin D the body naturally produces on exposure to sunlight — in a convenient softgel format. Each softgel is suspended in a base of extra virgin olive oil and safflower oil.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 softgel daily with a meal containing fat, or as directed by your healthcare provider.
