Mega D-3 & MK-7 combines two important fat-soluble nutrients in one convenient vegetable capsule. Each dose provides 5,000 IU (125 mcg) Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol — derived from lanolin — together with 180 mcg Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), from the clinically studied brand MenaQ7® derived from chickpeas.

Formulated with a clean, minimal ingredient list — microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose capsule shell and silicon dioxide — Mega D-3 & MK-7 is free from unnecessary fillers and suitable for vegetarians. Each bottle lasts 60 days at one capsule per day.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Warnings

For adults only. Consult your doctor if pregnant/nursing, if taking blood-thinning medication (such as warfarin, Coumadin®, heparin) or other medication, or if you have a medical condition. Discontinue use two weeks before surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
