NOW Foods Vitamin B-100 Sustained Release provides a complete blend of all eight essential B vitamins in a single daily tablet, formulated to release gradually over an extended period of time. Each tablet contains 100 mg of Thiamin (B-1), Riboflavin (B-2), Niacinamide (B-3), Vitamin B-6 and Pantothenic Acid, together with significant amounts of Folate, Vitamin B-12 and Biotin — covering a broad range of B vitamin needs in one convenient dose.

The formula is further complemented with Choline, Inositol and PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) to complete this classic B-complex formula.

Usage & Dosage
