Niacinamide provides 1000mg of Vitamin B-3 per tablet in its niacinamide form — a well-tolerated form of niacin that does not cause the flushing usually associated with nicotinic acid. Each box of 90 tablets provides a convenient three-month supply for regular daily supplementation.

Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal psychological function, the maintenance of normal skin and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. These are health claims authorised and recognised by EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 tablet per day with a meal.
