NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Ultra Liquid provides a complete B-vitamin complex in a convenient, fast-absorbing liquid form. Each teaspoon contains a high-potency dose of 5,000 mcg Vitamin B-12, provided in three complementary forms — Cyanocobalamin, Methylcobalamin and Dibencozide — together with the full spectrum of B-vitamins including B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5, B-6, Folate and Biotin, as well as Vitamin C for additional nutritional support.

Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Usage & Dosage

Shake well before use. In the morning, take 1 teaspoon (5 mL) daily. Hold in the mouth for 30 seconds, then swallow. Take together with a meal.
