Ingredients:
inositol hexanicotinate (including niacin, inositol), rice starch, capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Directions for use:
1 capsule daily with a meal, washed down with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Best before end: date and batch number on the bottom of the pack.

Notes:
The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation.
Do not use at the same time as other preparations containing niacin (vitamin PP).
The preparation contains niacin in the form of inositol hexanicotinate, thanks to which the transient flushing that can occur when using niacin preparations in forms such as nicotinic acid is minimised.
People with cardiovascular disease, liver disease, diabetes, bowel inflammation, gout, migraine headaches, and those taking anticoagulant or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs should consult a doctor before using this preparation.
Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

Storage conditions:
Store in a dry place away from sunlight, at a temperature up to 25°C. Food supplements should be stored out of reach of small children. A possible change in capsule colour is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the product.
