About NOW Foods – Bone Support¹
This is a complete multi-nutrient formula with 13 carefully selected vitamins, minerals and botanical ingredients in a convenient daily dose of 4 capsules. The core is Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite (MCHA) — a BSE-free, highly bioavailable form of calcium and phosphorus that mimics the natural mineral matrix of bone tissue — combined with magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese.
The formula is further enriched with vitamin D-3 (as cholecalciferol), vitamin K-2 (as menaquinone) and vitamin C.
The formula is complemented with Horsetail (Equisetum arvense), aerial parts, a traditionally used plant, as well as boron in the form of an amino acid chelate. All mineral forms are chosen for their bioavailability — zinc, copper, manganese and boron are provided as amino acid chelates, while magnesium is supplied as a combination of magnesium oxide and magnesium ascorbate. Usage & Dosage
Take 4 capsules daily, preferably in divided doses, with food. Serving size: 4 capsules. Servings per container: 30.
