NOW Foods Calcium Citrate with Minerals & Vitamin D-2 is a complete multi-mineral formula designed to support your daily intake of essential nutrients in a single convenient tablet. Each serving of two tablets provides 600 mg of highly bioavailable calcium from calcium citrate, complemented with magnesium, zinc, copper and manganese – minerals that work together to support normal muscle function, energy metabolism and overall wellbeing.
Each serving provides 400 IU (10 µg) vitamin D-2 (ergocalciferol). Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.
Formulated with a vegetarian coating and free from common allergens, this product is suitable for both vegans and vegetarians. With 125 servings per container, the pack of 250 tablets provides a generous supply to support your long-term nutritional routine.
