NOW Foods Cal-Mag Caps is a complete mineral and vitamin formula designed to support your daily nutritional needs. Each serving of two vegetarian capsules contains 500 mg elemental calcium and 250 mg elemental magnesium, from several high-quality forms including Aquamin® minerals from sea algae. Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function and energy-yielding metabolism. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones.

The formula is also enriched with Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol) at 1,000 IU per serving. Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin K2 is included as Menaquinone-7 (MenaQ7®), a highly bioavailable, patented form of MK-7. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal formation of connective tissue.
