NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium gives you two of the most important minerals for everyday wellbeing in one convenient tablet. Each serving provides 1 000 mg elemental calcium and 500 mg elemental magnesium, from several complementary sources — including citrate and carbonate forms.
Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Calcium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Usage & Dosage
Take 2 tablets daily. May be taken in divided doses.
