Ingredients:
magnesium (magnesium bisglycinate) (Albion™), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), antioxidant (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), black pepper fruit extract (Piper nigrum) (BioPerine®) standardised to 96% piperine.

Directions for use:
Adults: 1 capsule daily, with a meal and a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Best before end: date and batch number on the bottom of the pack.
