NOW Foods Tri-Chromium provides 500 mcg elemental chromium per serving through a sophisticated triple-source complex combining Chromium Picolinate, Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate (Albion™) and Chromium Polynicotinate (ChromeMate®).

Each vegetarian capsule also contains 250 mg Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum and/or Cinnamomum aromaticum and/or Cinnamomum burmannii), a botanically recognised ingredient that complements the chromium complex. Ingredients

Chromium (elemental) [from 6,920 mcg complex of Chromium Picolinate, Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate (Albion™) and Chromium Polynicotinate (ChromeMate®)] 500 mcg, Cinnamon (Bark) (Cinnamomum verum and/or Cinnamomum aromaticum and/or Cinnamomum burmannii) 250 mg. Other Ingredients: rice flour, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, maltodextrin (non-GMO).

Capsule shell: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule).

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

Warnings

For adult use only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially diabetes medication), or have a medical condition (especially diabetes or hypoglycemia). This product should be taken at least 3-4 hours before or 1 hour after taking thyroid medication. Keep out of reach of children. Natural colour variation may occur in this product.
