Active ingredient: Chromium (elemental) (GTF Chromium) (from 8,000 mcg Chromium Nicotinate Glycinate) (Albion™) 200 mcg. Other ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid (vegetable source), Maltodextrin (non-GMO), Magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Vegetarian coating: hypromellose (cellulose), stearic acid (vegetable source), sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 tablet 1 to 2 times daily with food.
