DHA-500 is a highly concentrated omega-3 softgel providing 500 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and 250 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) per serving, made from a premium natural fish oil concentrate from anchovies, sardines and tuna. Each softgel contains 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate, making it an easy and convenient way to maintain a consistent daily intake of omega-3.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are approved health claims assessed by EFSA, and the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA or EPA+DHA combined. Each softgel has an enteric (gastro-resistant) coating designed to support comfortable digestion and minimise any aftertaste.

Natural Fish Oil Concentrate (from anchovies, sardines, tuna), Omega-3 Fatty Acids: Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 500 mg, Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 250 mg. Other Ingredients: d-alpha Tocopherol (from sunflower).

Capsule shell: softgel [bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, enteric coating (pharmaceutical glaze, ethyl alcohol, ammonium hydroxide, glycerin, sunflower lecithin, medium chain triglycerides), water].

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
