NOW Foods Krill Oil provides 1,000 mg premium NKO® (Neptune Krill Oil) per serving, extracted from Antarctic krill ( Euphausia superba ).
Each serving of two softgels provides 250 mg of omega-3 fatty acids (135 mg EPA and 60 mg DHA), along with 450 mg of phospholipids and 360 mcg of naturally esterified astaxanthin — a carotenoid antioxidant naturally found in krill. Usage & Dosage
Take 2 softgels 1 to 3 times daily with food.
