NOW Foods Krill Oil contains NKO® (Neptune Krill Oil), a premium-quality krill oil extracted from Antarctic krill ( Euphausia superba ). Each serving of two capsules provides 1,000 mg of NKO®, equivalent to 230 mg of Omega-3 fatty acids — including 120 mg EPA and 70 mg DHA — together with 390 mg of phospholipids and 750 mcg of esterified astaxanthin.

Krill oil provides its Omega-3 fatty acids in phospholipid form, a naturally occurring structure found in marine sources. DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart.

Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules 1 to 3 times daily with food.
