NOW Foods Omega-3 Fish Oil Liquid provides a concentrated source of essential omega-3 fatty acids — including EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) — in a convenient, easy-to-take liquid format. Each 5 ml teaspoon provides 1,400 mg total omega-3 fatty acids, of which 740 mg is EPA and 460 mg is DHA, both in the readily absorbable triglyceride form. The pleasant natural lemon flavour makes daily intake easy and enjoyable.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. The oil is highly refined for purity and blended with a proprietary antioxidant blend of natural tocopherols, rosemary extract and ascorbyl palmitate to protect freshness and quality.
