Omega 3-6-9 provides a carefully balanced blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids from five cold-pressed vegetable oils — flax, evening primrose, canola, black currant and pumpkin seed. Each serving of two soft capsules provides 1,000 mg of these complementary oils, offering an easy way to include a broad spectrum of Omega-3, Omega-6 and Omega-9 fatty acids in your daily diet.

The five vegetable oils in this formula are cold-pressed. Approximately 45% of the fatty acid content per serving comes from Omega-3 (alpha-linolenic acid, ALA), 26.5% from Omega-6 (linoleic acid and gamma-linolenic acid, GLA), and 17.5% from Omega-9 (oleic acid), reflecting the complementary nature of these three fatty acid families.

With 100 soft capsules per pack (50 servings), this product is designed for easy daily use. The soft capsules are made from beef gelatin and are suitable for those avoiding gluten and lactose.
