NOW Foods Super Omega 3-6-9 provides a comprehensive blend of essential and beneficial fatty acids in a convenient 1200 mg softgel formula. Each serving of two softgels combines Borage Oil, Natural Fish Oil Concentrate and Organic Flax Seed Oil to provide a broad spectrum of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids in a single, easy-to-take dose.

The formula naturally provides EPA and DHA from fish oil, along with GLA from borage seed oil and the plant-based fatty acids found in organic flax seed oil. These are approved health claims in accordance with EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
