NOW Foods Sustained Energy is a complete energy-supporting formula that combines B vitamins, amino acids and a carefully balanced caffeine complex. Each serving contains a full spectrum of B vitamins — including Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B-6, Folate and B-12, as well as Pantothenic Acid.

Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules daily with 8–12 oz. water, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed recommended dose.

Discontinue use if nervousness, sleeplessness or nausea occurs. Keep out of reach of children. This product contains approx. 120 mg caffeine with both immediate and delayed release per serving (equivalent to approximately 1¼ cups of coffee).
