Ingredients

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1½ level teaspoons into fruit juice or another sweetened beverage 3 to 4 times daily, before and after training, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance, consume 1 to 3 times daily. Allow 3 to 4 hours between doses. If continuing use beyond 28 days, use one serving daily. Drink plenty of fluids together with this product.
