Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine, and is intended for adults performing high-intensity exercise. Each 600 g jar provides approximately 120 servings. The unflavoured powder mixes easily into liquids, giving maximum flexibility without affecting the taste of your drink.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1-1/2 level teaspoons (approximately 5 g) into fruit juice or another sweet drink 3 to 4 times daily, before and after training, during the first 7 days. Thereafter, for maintenance, take 1 to 3 times daily. Allow 3 to 4 hours between doses. For continuous use longer than 28 days, use one serving daily. Drink plenty of fluids together with this product.
